What is the price/other fees for CorpFlow?

Pricing is based on consultation/analysis of your request and selection of packages/modules. We do not want to limit the number of licenses to the exact number of users. You choose from a discounted package/small business up to 15 users, larger business up to 35 users or Individual solution for large companies). You pay for the modules/functionality you use. The price is calculated from the choice of the package and includes both the basic cloud for the operation of the application as well as basic free training. Above 35 users, the package “Advanced pdoporay USER/ cloud” is read - for every 35 users/times. The process of integration and modification, possibly extended migration of old data, as well as extended support is charged a fee - separately only for the provided support time.

How long does the implementation/commissioning process take?

The duration of the implementation process up to the actual launch of the application is based on the conclusions of the initial analysis of your request (initial consultation) and the resulting extent of the need for changes, extensions and adaptation of CorpFlow to your processes and agenda. Therefore, it is impossible to determine the exact length or difficulty in advance. The average time of implementation of CorpFlow is from 1 month (depends on your request, which is always individual), while support and cooperation of you as a customer is essential to meet the deadlines.

How to proceed if I am interested in new functionality (custom modules/extensions?

Not just cosmetic customization, but tailor-made adjustments and new functionality! CorpFlow allows for individual functionality adjustments and the creation of new custom functionalities. It is common for companies to constantly want to “improve” the information system and we process their requests continuously without unnecessary delays in the agreed terms and thus you still have a system that will meet new requirements.

How is support provided for users or when migrating data?

Support migration is secured by created import patterns (Clients, Projects, Users, Price list, Activities and others..) If you change the application from Flowii, Odoo, Raynet, Asseco and others, we can provide support and create individual templates for import/migration of the necessary data.

Support for users is provided through free introductory training, online tutorials as well as the possibility to contact support either by creating a task or directly via the online form, and it is also possible to arrange an online training/consultation.

Does the app provide API or other links?

The basis of digitization is also assistance with data interconnection, registration and automation. CorpFlow allows you to link to any application that has the RestAPI option. We have created several links whether it be Office365 (e.g. attachments via your corporate SharePoint directly in tasks), Google Drive, Calendar, Commander GPS, OpenBank API, Finstat API, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Payment gateway and others.. We can create tailor-made links and receive/send data to other applications and automate your form processes and data flows/evaluations.

Is it possible to build the application differently or buy only one package/module?

Yes, it is possible to choose only one package - module for example task registration or invoice registration, or other packages separately. We recommend the CorpFlow Flexi medium package, which already includes the Flexi Basic package as a comprehensive solution for the most common business needs. Packages can be changed/extended at any time or customized adjustments can be made.

Is the cloud sufficient? Is it possible to solve it on your own servers?

Yes, for normal use and the specified range of normal load, sufficient for work. At the same time, the Cloud can be expanded at any time for a fee or the application allows you to connect other cloud repositories, e.g. for shared attachments on tasks, etc. (OneDrive, Sharepoint, GoogleDrive and other APIs).
If the conditions and parameters are met, it is possible to use the application even on its own servers. In this case, a service fee is charged for managing the application/server.

Is the application multi-lingual and for multiple businesses?

Yes, the application can be used in several languages (SK, DE, ANG, PL..). We can customize any language. (If available translation can be obtained). It is also possible to use the application for more “internal entities” and thus there is no need to pay more licenses or fees.

Why can not the application be registered/launched immediately?

Like other applications (which can be registered and launched immediately), CorpFlow is a cloud-based application. From the beginning, we have created CorpFlow with the intention and elimination of the shortcomings of the applications created in this way, both from the point of view that they are the same for everyone (without differences of business segments and processes, which have different companies) but also with the possibilities of not only “customization” (where the application tries to change dials and some attributes) but from the first launch with the option individuality and modifications - configuration of modules, as well as creating your own - new ones. At the same time, the application can be operated as a cloud application in us or on your servers. Thus, we have created a modern and flexible solution, where we can meet different requirements and not lose the simplicity or the possibility of using only one module, all-in-one solution either in basic design or with “custom” modifications.
